After we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email confirmation will constitute our acceptance of your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our Site and to modify prices at any time. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the payment information you provide is true and accurate. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Product Information

However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, and we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the addresses provided by customers during the checkout process. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information as we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the products ordered. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and any other fees that may be imposed by customs or tax authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed on our Site.

Warranty

ShieldCase products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues that arise from normal use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

To claim warranty service, contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is defective and eligible for warranty coverage.

If we determine that your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

This warranty is void if the product has been modified or damaged through improper use, accident, neglect, or mishandling.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShieldCase Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The ShieldCase name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ShieldCase Ltd. or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of ShieldCase Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Site

SHIELDCASE LTD. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SHIELDCASE LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIELDCASE LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
